R.Jay is a tough girl by heart, tending to back talk and get a smart mouth no matter what. With that characteristic she gets in trouble a lot with authority and anyone she does not like (ei her family, Cammy, and Cammy's family) There are a few exceptions when she is dealing with younger people, but if they give her attitude back she isn't scared of bitching them out and taking what their parents can dish out, usually back talking their parents as well. she didn't start out as a tough girl of course, at first she was actually very timid and reserved, but eventually she saw how dangerous it was to not speak up and she took it a little too far. Tending to swear when angered or just plain annoyed, she doesn't take much care with what she does unless it's her job, and even than she could ignore requests unless given a tip. All in all she's a tough, bad mouthing, easily angered girl who isn't scared to speak her mind.

Super jump: being a rabbit hybrid rjay has, of course, enhanced leg strength. This comes out mostly when she's jumping around, since she can literally jump over the gap in buildings
Light control: she has very limited control of her neon lights, the glow sticks mostly, and with them she can form illusions of things such as wings, swords, blades, many basic shapes as well. These aren't real of course so they can't do anything really
Chain manipulation: she has control of the chains around her body, being able to send a neon beam through them and cause them to stiffen into a more durable and deadly weapon. Of course their still normal chains, so they can be sliced or crushed
Speed: she is very fast, being able to run at speeds higher then most humans when she's at fill sprint. Though she can be easily tripped up, usually ending with her going flying

She can move fast of course and jump higher then normal. As well her senses are stronger then most humans

Anything that can kill a human really. despite her enhanced body and muscles she's not invincible, a bullet anywhere on her body will cripple her speed, a hard enough hit can injure her as well. She is rather fragile and brittle under all those layers
[History]
R.Jay, originally named Rachel James, was the youngest child of 5 siblings. Her mom had always said she wanted many children, and so she got them, being a rabbit hybrid probably helped there. Being the youngest though R.jay was considered the runt of the litter, so to speak, and was constantly teased by her older brothers, it did not help her mom insisted on dressing her in flower print sundresses and keeping her hair long most of the time. At school it wasn't as bad, she still got teased but she had her friends to back her up, she even enjoyed school because of this. As she got older she eventually picked her own clothes, got her own style, even cut her own hair, her grades even stayed decent with a C-B average. Though coming into her own style she found she liked the hip hop/rave scene, and thus began dressing more out there, constantly listened to music, and even tried teaching herself how to break dance, which actually ended well. From this she had lost most of her friends who had actually liked the sweet innocent R.jay from the beginning. The only friend that stuck with her was Cammy, who grew to like rap as well. They even decided early on in high school they would go on to a job involving DJing clubs. Things looked right to go that way too, though one day while they were heading home they got jumped (the risk of living in New York) Cammy was getting it worse then R.Jay, and in a split second decision the rabbit girl screamed, angrily, at the guys before letting out a string of curses and bad mouthing that left them speechless, even Cammy seemed shocked. Which gave the girls a chance to run, after Cammy kicked the man grabbing her arm in the nuts hard enough to cripple his chance of kids. They bolted home then, and from that day on R.Jay decided to be a tough girl, to defend her friend. Her mom respected her wish to learn break dancing then, and gave her money for classes, and as School was wrapping up finally both girls still stuck by each other, R.Jay making a promise to never leave her friends side as long as they stayed together and worked together. Currently their living in a small apartment, going to a college for music and paying their way through daily living with jobs they manage to pick up from other students and club owners, not all being legal
